Corrections

Getting it right
matters.

We take accuracy seriously. When we get something wrong, we correct it — transparently and promptly.

Our Commitment

MintJane is an AI-powered platform that aggregates and summarizes news from trusted sources. While our systems are designed to accurately represent source material, errors can occur — in categorization, summarization, or clustering.

When we identify an error — or when one is brought to our attention — we act quickly to correct it.

How We Handle Corrections

Factual Errors

If a summary misrepresents the source material, we update it and note the correction with a timestamp.

Misattribution

If a story is credited to the wrong source, we correct the attribution immediately.

Categorization Errors

If a story is miscategorized (e.g., a non-Apple story appearing in the Apple feed), we reclassify it.

Broken Links

If an original source link becomes unavailable, we attempt to find an alternative or remove the reference.

Outdated Information

Stories are refreshed daily. Older stories that are no longer accurate are deprioritized or removed.

Report a Correction

Found something wrong? We want to know. Email us at sydney@mintjane.com with the story link and a description of the error. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
